Kevin Pike is the Partner of the Personal Injury Practice Area Unit.

Kevin joined Livingstone Brown in 2013 from a large reparation firm in Edinburgh. Leading the department from our Glasgow City office, Kevin brings his experience and interest in personal injury, employer liability, road traffic accidents and medical negligence cases in both the sheriff court and the Court of Session.  He regularly instructs counsel for high profile claims and provides clients with clear advice on the merits and value of claims.

Kevin has been instructed in several complex claims and has established a practice in handling complex claims of clinical negligence, fatal road traffic accidents and catastrophic injury sustained to victims.

Kevin prides himself on getting to know his clients well and helping out with every stage of their case and often their recovery too, ensuring injury victims get the service they require and delivering the best result. He also represents a large number of clients who are survivors of historical child abuse and fatal accidents.

Kevin is a Notary Public, and a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and  Association of Child Sexual Abuse Lawyers. He is also a member of Action Against Medical Accidents (AVMA).

Kevin regularly advises clients on the Scottish Governments financial redress scheme for survivors of historical child abuse.
