Our team

The team is headed by Stuart Munro, a criminal lawyer of over twenty-five years' standing.  Stuart routinely acts for senior professionals and prominent individuals in financial crime prosecutions and connected litigations.  Amongst other clients, he has successfully represented bankers, insolvency practitioners, media organisations, politicians, lawyers and FTSE 100 directors and acted for Susan Sinclair, the first subpostmaster in Scotland in the Post Office Horizon Scandal to have their conviction overturned on appeal. He is a member of the Law Society of Scotland's Criminal Law Committee. 

Senior lawyer Gerard Brown CBE, a solicitor advocate, gives him the right to appear in the High Court of Justiciary.
