Compensation awarded for head-injuries accident

Helen was a University student at the time of her accident in 2016. She was walking on the pavement when, suddenly and without warning, the wing mirror of a bus collided into the back of her head.

She was taken to hospital.

Helen was left unconscious because of the collision. The accident had an impact on not only her studies, but she also sustained psychological injuries, which are often associated with head injuries.
